Old Globe Theatre Tour and IDCC Fundraiser

Join us for an exciting evening of networking and theater catered by the St. Tropez Bakery and Bistro.  Enjoy a two theatre tour, a silent auction, and an in-depth presentation by Technical Director Ben Thoron.  Break into groups for a unique and personal tour – not available to the public – and learn how the Old Globe creates a production from “page to stage”  providing a design point of view on set and costume design.  Help raise funds for IDCC (Interior Design Coalition of CA) to promote legislation to benefit the profession.

ABOUT OUR HOST: The Tony Award-winning Old Globe is one of the country’s leading professional regional theaters and has stood as San Diego’s flagship arts institution for 75 years.  The Old Globe produces a year-round season of 15 productions of classic, contemporary and new works on its three Balboa Park stages: the 600-seat Old Globe Theatre and the 250-seat Sheryl and Harvey White Theatre, which are both part of The Old Globe’s Conrad Prebys Theatre Center, and the 605-seat outdoor Lowell Davies Festival Theatre, home of its internationally renowned Shakespeare Festival.  More than 250,000 people attend Globe productions annually and participate in the theater’s education and community programs.
